Annual Member’s General Meeting

October 4th, 2017

 

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Member’s General Meeting (AMM)  for Breast Cancer Action Ottawa (BCA) will be held at BCA’s offices 1390 Prince of Wales
Dr., Suite 301, on October 4th, 2017 at 6:00 pm (local time) for the purposes of:

(a) receiving and considering the financial statements for the period ending December 31, 2016; (b) approving/electing members of the Board of Directors; (c)

(b) approving/electing members of the Board of Directors; (c)

(c) appointing auditors for the coming fiscal year; (d) transacting such further and other business as may properly be brought forward before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Voting:

All voting members are invited to attend and participate in the BCA AMGM. Please rsvp your attendance by email infro@bcaotta.ca. Members eligible to vote include all those on record and in good standing as of April 30, 2017. At the AMGM, all elected members of the Board will be eligible for a 2-year appointment.

Appointment of Auditors

It will also be proposed that BCA appoint Parker, Prins, Lebano Chartered Professional Accountants to act as auditors of BCA, holding office until the next AGM.
