Become a Member
Becoming a member is easy! In order to begin enjoying all the privileges of a membership with Breast Cancer Action, you can join:
VIA MAIL. Download Membership Application Form. Mail completed form, along with a $40 cheque to Breast Cancer Action. You will receive your tax receipt in the mail.
IN PERSON. You can visit the post-diagnosis support and resource centre during business hours and pay your membership with cash, or with a cheque. Please note, we can now process VISA, DEBIT or MC transactions.
OVER THE PHONE. You can call us 613-736-5921 and we can process your VISA or MASTERCARD over the phone. You will receive both your credit card receipt and tax receipt in the mail.
ON-LINE. You can become a member, or renew your existing membership on-line through Canada Helps. Simply click on the DONATE NOW button and follow the instructions on how to direct your donation to membership. You will receive your tax receipt via email from Canada Helps.
All funds collected from membership dues are invested back into the organization to offset the cost of operating the post-diagnosis support and resource centre. Breast Cancer Action does not share, or make known to outside sources our membership list.
